Host reboots spontaneously with HAOS =>16.1
Describe the issue you are experiencing
Hello, I have been noticing a weird pattern on my host: it reboots spontaneously, from time to time. It can be 1 day, 3 days or 1 week.
I have seen this pattern with HAOS 16.1, 16.2, 16.3. Each of these versions has some degree of reboots, which I track using "System Monitor Last boot". I am sure this host did not do this in the past and be up until the next OS upgrade.
To be noted: when it reboots, it starts up successfully.
I've checked both supervisor and host logs (journalctl) and I could not find anything relevant. I've attached the last reboot logs (host logs are one hour behind)
The host is hardly used at all: RAM, CPU usage and temperature are all absolutely normal. No manual task is running on the host at the same time.
I don't know what else should I look for. Am I missing something?

- Broadlink RM Mini 3
Steps to reproduce the issue
Just wait for the system to reboot for no apparent reason.

Additional information
I thought that the issue could be caused by a legacy add on, Google Drive Backup, which you see installed. However it's turned off since I migrated to the native backup solution.
I encounterd today by chance that the OS of my HA installation was rebooting automatically, because the GUI got unresponsive from one second to the next. I immediately logged in as root and saw that it was currently booting,
I checked journalctl and found entries since October 30 showing segfaults of several programs/services including kernel starting from November 16 up to today. I found 114 segfaults. Before that date none. It is obviously related to a HA OS update from 16.2 to 16.3 that I had carried out on November 14. Currently running HA Core is 2025.11.2

This makes me wonder as the OS update was numbered 16.3. It is running in a virtual box on an Ubuntu System (intel NUC I5).:

Indeed this is a difference. We'll see whether there will be some feedback from the maintainer team. If not I think I should create a new issue describing my specific case.

Three days ago I've downgraded to 16.x which I'm sure was stable because it's from the summer period. I'll report back after I surpass 1 week of uptime, which is the best I've had with 16.1.
If it reboots earlier, I'll replace the power supply!
After 8 days with HAOS 16.0, it rebooted again. It happened again during the middle of the night at 4:12am. This is suspicious as most of the reboots happened between 3 and 5am. Nevertheless I'll be looking at a replacement PSU.

Maybe just a conicidence, but this time matches the auto purge recorder time. Maybe check HA (not HA OS) logs additionally.

I've replaced the power supply, but no change.
The host stays nice and stable for 4/5 days, then it reboots. When it starts to reboot, it becomes very frequent, like a loop. The only way to "resolve this" is to manually shut down the host, then restart it. It will stay stable for few days and the circle begins again. I'm still running HA 16.0 which used to be perfectly stable this summer, but I've seen this behaviour with 16.3 as well.
