HAOS 9.0 - DHCP not assigning the proper IP when USB modem plugged in

Open Bieniu82 opened this issue 3 years ago • 2 comments

Describe the issue you are experiencing

HA installed with SMS integration via GSM modem. After OS9.0 update HA is not provided the IP address with USB modem plugged in upon rebooting the device. With the modem plugged out and rebooted it works fine, after that, having the modem plugged in again - it recognizes the modem properly, the integration works fine. After that, an attempt to restart the device results with lost IP again.

There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. To keep our backlog manageable we have to clean old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates. Please make sure to update to the latest Home Assistant OS version and check if that solves the issue. Let us know if that works for you by adding a comment 👍 This issue has now been marked as stale and will be closed if no further activity occurs. Thank you for your contributions.
