Link to integration options

More and more documentation sections appear about integration configuration options. It would be nice if we could link directly to them.

Caveat: Some integrations have multiple configuration entries.

  • If an integration has 1 configuration entry: Open the options directly.
  • If an integration has multiple configuration entries, we should show a selector, similar to the one when multiple devices are discovered.
