Add Smappee service give OAuth error
Error message: "OAuth authorization error while obtaining access token." Any ideas how to solve?
Versions: Core: 2024.3.0 Supervisor: 2024.02.1 Operating System: 12.0 Frontend: 20240306.0
Already tried in Mac with Safari, On Windows with Edge and Google chrome. Always the same error.
I'm having the same issue, I can add smappee local, and I have received an api client and secret from smappee and entered it in the configuration.yaml
Trying to debug this I followed
https://smappee.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DEVAPI/pages/8552463/Get+token
and got
{"error_description":"Invalid Credentials","error":"unauthorized_client"}
I contacted smappee support again, looks like my client I received is not authorized.
Hello, The issue was solved by adapting my username and remove the space in between first name and last name. I hope this helps. kr Bart
