ISO code consistency: Upper-case or lower-case?

For language variants we have the following folder names:

  • de-CH
  • fr-CA

But also:

  • pt-br
  • zh-cn
  • zh-hk
  • zh-tw

To ensure consistency:

  • All folders must be lowercase
  • Dialect / variant must be uppercase
