Describe the bug I created an automation that sends me a push notification when I'm near my favorite grocery store. I added the my dashboards URL. When the app is in background my view with the shopping list (Shown as card) comes up correctly. When the app is killed, clicking the message only opens the first page of my dashboard but NOT the view with my shopping list.
Here is the action I'm running that does not work:
action: notify.mobile_app_maxi_iphone
metadata: {}
data:
message: Klicke diese Nachricht um deine Einkaufsliste zu sehen
title: Einkaufen
data:
url: /dashboard-main/einkaufsliste
clickAction: /dashboard-main/einkaufsliste
To Reproduce
Expected behavior The app is linking to the correct view even when the app is fully killed.
Edit: yeah, this specific issue with Home Assistant is 100% broken and def started happening when the Watch widgets broke (see #4017)
@hraschan has it been this way for about two weeks?
I feel like it might be an iOS problem; I've noticed the same issue with other applications (including Apple's) that do the same thing.
One that comes to mind:
- FileBrowser Pro: 100% of the time - doesn't jump to a bookmark if the app isn't already open. Just goes to the default page.
50% of the time - I can't remember the specific Apple apps that do the same thing (I think Notes or Reminders that point to Notes); it's been that way for a while and I sort of given up on Apple's broken software.
Although, it did get much worse with Home Assistant around the time the Watch widgets stopped updating...
