CarPlay Quick Access changes aren't reflected on head unit

Describe the bug

When I make changes to CarPlay Quick Access items, they are not properly reflected on the head unit.

To Reproduce

For example, if I change the name or icon in the iOS app and save, it looks correct. But when plugged in to CarPlay via USB, the changes aren't reflected.

I have tried Reset Configuration, rebooting Home Assistant, restarting iPhone with no success.

Expected behavior

Changes made on the app should reflect on the CarPlay head unit

Additional context In my case I'm just adding items to trigger ratgdo32 garage door openers.
