Control Center Widget gives "Unknown Extension Process"

Describe the bug Seemingly since my Home Assistant iOS app has updated to 2025.2.4, the control center widgets no longer work, both new controls and existing controls. When you go to add or edit a control center widget from Home Assistant, it says "Unknown Extension Process".

To Reproduce

• on an iOS device, go to control center

• add a new widget / control (I've tested with Switch and Script, both exhibit the same behavior)

• tap the newly added widget to edit it

• tap either setting listed, and both will have result in the error Expected behavior I would expect that the Home Assistant control center widgets would behave as they did prior to the iOS app update.
