Before moving forward, try to delete and reinstall your watch app

I have done this. No change.

Logs were submitted. Were they received?

Yes, I'll check later today, meanwhile could you check if by adding another item to the watch (preferably not an iOS legacy action) it does render correctly?

Reinstall App on Watch fixes it. It does, however, need to be removed by long-touch holding the icon and hitting X on the Watch, rather than removing it via the iPhone app.

Sorry, but this is back. I've removed the App on the watch and reinstalled twice, while the App is running on the phone. No dice.

I uninstalled and reinstalled via the Watch and uploaded the logs to your Google form.

Hm, but this worked fine for me (Home Assistant 2025.7.2 / companion app 2025.7.1). Had a similar issue, where new configurations in the companion app did not update on my watch se. Deleted Home Assistant directly on my watch and reinstalled it through the Watch app on my phone. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Thanks for the hint!
