Custom widget button presses are sometimes ignored
Device model, version and app version

Describe the bug Scenes and scripts do not activate when clicking on them in the beta widget. Note that these buttons usually work as expected, but sometimes do not respond to a single button press. I then try pressing the button repeatedly but that does not fix the issue. If one button is observed not to work, then none of the buttons work. The entity state values (Temp and Humidity in my screenshot) do stay up to date, and the reported last update appears to be recent. These same scenes and scripts always work when activated in the Home Assistant Companion webview (my current workaround for this bug). One time, I did not bother using that workaround, and noticed the scene activate after a while (wasn't expecting this so didn't track time closely, but it was maybe 10 minutes after my failed button press?). I tried pressing "Reload all widgets" in the Custom widgets settings but that did not fix the issue.
To Reproduce Hard to say since the buttons usually do work for me. Create a custom widget with scenes and/or scripts, and activate those using the widget throughout the day until you catch them not working.
Expected behavior Pressing a button in a custom widget reliables triggers the linked scene/script.
