Scene Actions toggle setting is not retained when app is updated

Describe the bug Settings | Companion app | Actions | Scene Actions | Select All: This toggle reverts to ON after being turned OFF.

To Reproduce I believe this is happening when the app is updated.

Expected behavior User's toggle setting is retained when the app is updated.
