Describe the bug Entity selection doesn’t work well

Create an automation Select an entity Entity is really difficult to select, selecting it often results in the selection dialog disappearing Trying to type it in, often that doesn’t work.

issue has been like this for a while. I’m running the app with resizing enabled.

FYI - The workaround for this issue is to scroll within the drop-down list before attempting to make a selection.

This has been a bug for every entity selection dialog on iOS since years ago. It's like no one uses iOS or something and can be bothered to fix it

A couple things for you to consider:

• "Users" are not the same as "developers". Just because someone uses the application, does not mean one has the skills to make code changes to the application. You seem to be a perfect example of this, otherwise, I assume you would have submitted a fix already.

• There are plenty of iOS users and, if I were to speculate, I would assume most of them are simply following the workaround that I posted above.

• The people who maintain this application are volunteers and coming in here with snide, entitled remarks is not likely to increase their motivation to fix an issue that - as stated above - has a known workaround.

The workaround is not reliable. Especially when you only have one entity for the search, so there's nowhere to scroll properly

Odd... Works just fine for me.

It is maddening. The only reliable workaround I've found is to get to that dialog and the get rid of the keyboard by pressing this Then you can select the entity.

I also have this problem. I also see it when choosing states to show on grid cards. Maybe this occurs when selecting anything in the dialog and the keyboard is up? Scrolling choices usually removes the keyboard so that may explain why that works. I do not have the remove keyboard button on my iphone.
