iOS home screen action widget does not work to select action

Describe the bug I am unable to choose an action when I add the Home Assistant widget to the screen. This seems to be the case with a single action widget and the multi-action widgets. Once I add the widget and long-press on it to edit the actions, I'm shown a menu where I should be able to tap "Choose" to display a list of actions to select from. However, when tapping "Choose", nothing happens.

To Reproduce

1. Install iOS Home Assistant
2. Goto the Home Screen actions.
3. Add the single action widget for Home Assistant.
4. Long-press the widget to present the list of options.

Expected behavior Tapping choose allows me to select the action to use.

The solution above does not work for me. It is strange because I have been able to edit the widget one time... Everyone in my home has the same problem (4 people)

Any updates on this? I've resorted to sending http commands via Siri Shortcuts as a work around.

I'd like to ask you all to share your actions configuration (all of them if possible) so I can recreate on my side and reproduce the issue. Feel free to send screenshots but preferably yaml (if configured server-side)

Sorry - I have problem with the Page Widget not the Action widget. The Page Widget function fine on iPad, but I can’t choose any page when I try to configure it on iPhone 15 (ios 17.4). Any help pointing my in the right direction would be appreciated
