Cut / Paste doesn't work when editing dashboard yaml.

Describe the bug When editing dashboard in yaml mode, you can cut lines, but not paste them back.

To Reproduce Edit dashboard, edit yaml, try to cut and paste. Cut works, it will not paste.

Expected behavior Lines are added back when you paste.

I have this problem on 2022.3 on a Mac Pro running 12.3.1. I can copy from outside the editor and paste into it. I can't copy inside the editor and paste outside of it. No copy and paste inside the editor. It seems as though it's not writing to the clipboard.
