Picture in Picture mode doesn't work in macOS app (camera feed)

Describe the bug Noticed this while I was trying to reproduce issue https://github.com/home-assistant/iOS/issues/1210. Clicking the picture in picture button on a camera stream does not ever seem to display it anywhere.

You'll get the "This video is playing in picture in picture" message, except the PIP window doesn't ever appear. Verified this behavior doesn't occur in the Safari browser, just the macOS app.

To Reproduce

1. Click the more-info dialog of a camera stream
2. Click the picture in picture button
