Walkthrough

Walkthrough

The documentation for the Enphase Envoy system has been updated to clarify the conditions under which the "Balanced net power consumption" and "lifetime balanced net energy consumption" sensors are disabled. It also includes a refined explanation of how multiphase installations with batteries operate, detailing the interactions between power imports and exports across different phases. These revisions aim to improve user understanding of sensor functionality and the effects of various current transformers (CTs).

Changes

Files Change Summary
source/_integrations/enphase_envoy.markdown Clarified the disabling conditions for "Balanced net power consumption" and "lifetime balanced net energy consumption" sensors. Revised the explanation of multiphase battery operations and addressed potential reporting discrepancies. Suggested alternatives for computation methods were also included.

47-47: LGTM!

The added bullet point provides valuable clarification on the conditions that disable the "Balanced net power consumption" and "lifetime balanced net energy consumption" sensors. It also helpfully explains how the "balanced net power consumption" value is calculated based on the type of CT installed.

These changes enhance the documentation's clarity and precision, enabling users to better understand the functionality of these sensors within the Enphase Envoy system.
