Missing configuration options missing from documentation

There are three configuration options in this integration, but none of them are documented.

• Force scanning using DHCP
• Enable ARP ping
• Consider home interval

The first two options look like they could be useful, but I'm unsure why these should be configured.

The third option is also undocumented, so I'm not sure what this means. Usually, with a presence integration you would only want to consider someone being away after a certain amount of time, but you typically want them to be registered as being home as soon as they are spotted. The wording of this option feels backwards to me, but without documentation, I'm unsure how it works.
