Moving cards in edit dashboard stops register

Describe the issue you are experiencing

So when I try to move cards in the UI they feel very buggy. The cards just stops listening when moving between sections and I need to grab them anew to frequent. The card does not really respond to the touch movements. To clarify further in the video I don't stop dragging it but it deselect itself when moving between the sections.

Describe the behavior you expected

I expected in edit view that when I hold the card it should not "drop" when I move between sections.
