Lights detail - unable to scroll down

Hi, I’m having problem with “detail” on lights - where you can change color, brightnes,…

I cannot scroll down to see rest of Options - specifically scenes available by light

On phone I can see it and change it, I cannot see these options on smaller display and cannot scroll down to see them.

Be able to scroll down

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Have small display
2. Try to scroll down to change colors/scenes on any light

Note: changing zoom page from 100% to lower is working and you can scroll, but logically all buttons are smaller.
