Add keyboard shortcut for creating new items

Proposed change

Add a new single key shortcut (N) to add new items on a data table with a fab. Add the same shortcut to the non-table pages for integrations and zones. This way a user can reach the "add new item" dialogs quicker with their keyboards.

I believe this is called the meta key in the lib we use?

Should this be ctrl/cmd + N?

That would conflict with (at least) Chrome on macOS, they use cmd + N for a new tab.
