Energy Distribution Card doesn't format "downwards" to Wh

Describe the issue you are experiencing

The energy distribution card does short format large numbers, but not small numbers. On a small system, especially in day-view, values can be too small to be displayed in kWh.

Describe the behavior you expected

Short format energy numbers smaller than 1kWh to Wh.
