Add-on repositories dialog: duplicate overlapping tooltips when deleting repo

Describe the issue you are experiencing

When removing an custom add-on repository there is duplicate overlapping tooltips / title tag. see pic:

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to add-on store
2. Click overflow menu, repositories
3. Add a repository (one in screenshot is: https://github.com/FunkeyFlo/ps5-mqtt)
4. Hover over the trash can / delete icon, you will see remove tooltip twice and overlapping
