Describe the issue you are experiencing
Since a couple of weeks, updates are only shown under the settings menu (orange number that indicates the number of updates available outside of settings menu is also missing) when I reboot HA. No matter what type of update, HAOS, Supervisor, Core, Add Ons, HACS repositories, all are affected. Only firmware updates from devices seem to be not affected by this issue, yesterday the WLED firmware update showed up without a reboot.
In general, the updates are available to update when I actively check the add on store for example (orange bar above installed add on is visible and there is a update button that is working), but are not shown in the settings menu.
After a reboot, all available updates are shown at once,
Right now everything is updated, but I can provide some screenshots/videos as evidence when there is a new update available for something.
Describe the behavior you expected
The update should be visible without a reboot.
