Describe the issue you are experiencing

Sine update to Home Assistant 2022.10.3 Frontend 20221010.0 - latest, certain numerical entry fields are out of alignment (regardless of browser window) and don't show the actual number. If I click on the field, hit CTRL+A (select all), I can type in the new number "blind" and it appears to take effect

In addition, the various numbered device config options on this screen appear out-of-numerical-order, and even in varying orders among devices of the same type.

I am facing the same issue. As a workaround, I can set the mdc_text_field width css attribute to a fixed value and it works. There are a few other CSS values that can be adjusted to make it work. Or just make the browser window small enough to force skinny mode.
