Translated text overflows the text box, and other bugs

Describe the issue you are experiencing

In Create helper/Text I see 4 bugs in the graphics: 1 Shouldn't the word Icon be justified on the left? A design choice by Google? 2 the Number Box has the increment/decrement arrows too small (a Google design problem?) 3 the translated text overflows from the text box 4 a very bad translation (regex is not even mentioned)

For the fourth point, optionally, can someone point me to where to report the bug?
