Unable to remove tracking device from person on a mobile phone (companion and browser)

Describe the issue you are experiencing

On an Android phone, when going to /config/person then clicking on a person to remove device for them. It will not remove it the entire box, instead just asks for another device to add in it's place. When clicking update, it will not preserve changes. Works fine on desktop browser, it doesn't work on:

  • Companion app
  • Mobile Phone Chrome Browser
  • Mobile Phone Mi Browser

Tried on two different phones, Redmi Note 8 Pro and Redmi Note 8 11 Pro+

It should remove device from a person

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Login to HA
  2. Navigate to Settings -> People
  3. Click on a person
  4. Click on an X next to a person
  5. Click Update

There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently.
