Fixed this by downngrading the OS to 10.1:

ha os update --version 10.1

It's broken in OS 10.2 - so shouldn't it stay open?

The problem might be related to a bug in udev 247.3-7+deb11u2 and is fixed in udev 247.3-7+deb11u3.

The problem is described here: https://community.home-assistant.io/t/no-dev-serial-by-id-entries-after-latest-update/562195

Or more detailed here: https://www.reddit.com/r/debian/comments/1331wlr/comment/jihlmvs/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

I can only guess, because there are no log files or detailed information attached. To verify that it is the mentioned issue check if the /dev/serial/by-id directory is missing.

Re-upgrading to OS 10.2, and then also upgrading HA to 2023.6, appears to have resolved this Sonoff/ZHA issue.
