[Tibber integration] Electricity price not showing on energy dashboard
The problem
I have configured the energy dashboard the statistics mentioned in the integration page: tibber:energy_consumption_HOMEID
and tibber:energy_totalcost_HOMEID
.
However in the energy dashboard I don't see any cost:

tibber documentation tibber source (message by IssueLinks)
Works fine here
Be sure to select entity: 'tibber:energy_totalcost_xxxxx' under 'use an entity tracking total cost'
That is what I have selected. See:
Are you sure the consumed energy entity is set to: tibber:energy_consumption_xxxx? It should not read 'monthly' on that entity.
It turned out that that setting was wrong, however I changed it yesterday and it is still not reflecting in the energy dashboard. Now more than 12h passed since I changed it. See:
Delete the source, restart HA and add again. Also check that all the Tibber entities are receiving data under integrations->tibber->entities.
To clarify, by deleating the source you mean just delete it from the energy monitor?
Or you mean to remove the tibber integration and re-add it?
Yes, just delete the consumption sensor from the electricity grid. Should not need to reinstall tibber integration as long as you can confirm that all entities are populated with values.
Sorry for the late response. I have added the sensors in energy panel multiple times, restarted HA, removed and re-added the integration, created new API key, still I don't see anything on the HA energy pannel
Do the entities contain any data if you inspect them directly? Check that the tibber sensors are receiving data (settings>devices & services>tibber), click on the "1 device" line and you should get a list of all sensors)
They do,
But the plot looks bad, the energy consumption is decereasing
Check specifically for the entity "power Örsvängen 3". Do you only have these 5 entities? There should be around 21 entities for this integration.
Yes there is only these 5. No "power Örsvängen 3" that I can find. I have tried removing the integration and adding it again and it is still only 5 entities
Well, no wonder it does not work without the proper sensors.
This is how it should look:
I would check with Tibber Sweden why the integration does not provide all entities. You could also check on your "all entities" if they are disabled or hidden. (settings>devices & services>entities)
It could be that my el-meter is not modern enough to provide all those measurements. I have asked Tibber, lets see what they reply.
Tibber support answer:
I also have yhe same issue. Have the latest version of HA running and the lastest integration of tibber. All sensors are working except for the price. The sensor is unavailable
Could it be that my contract has not yet started with Tibber??
Same here, in the app I already see the electricity price but not in HA, but my contract hasn't started yet. Did that change for you when your contract started?

more or less same at my HA, but price will geht update once at startup, but the it stays the same value until the Integration is ended or crashs
Errors in the log?
Today I have then the price in. The others are unknown, but that will be because my contract is not yet running....

I have the same issues. Latest update of HA and integrations.
Copy'n'pasted some logs I found. Hope that is sufficient logs.txt
I have exactly the same problem. The 5 sensors are not available or unknown. Is there already a solution? According to Developer.tibber.com, the current electricity price is also not transmitted via the API...
