You need to disable ZHA to get Z2M to work.

is from Zigbee2MQTT, not Home Assistant. If you have issue with Zigbee2MQTT, please raise an issue with the Zigbee2MQTT project and their issue tracker.

I agree that the problem may be in Z2M, but if the solution is to disable ZHA is that not something I need to do in Home Assistant?

I already solve the problem by disabling ZHA in Home Assistant, not in ZigBee2MQTT. So, I think the problem is in ZigBee2 MQTT from ZHA (Home Assistant). Thanks!
