Add callback support to nuki

Proposed change

Add support for nuki callbacks. The bridge can push to an HTTP (only) Endpoint.

It creates an issue in the repair center if the home assistant instance is https only. It also checks if callbacks for the current entry_id are already there and replaces them if required. Also, delete it's callback when unloaded.
