Sure Petcare - Removed Pet device is not automatically removed

The problem

Our cat sadly got run over last week - on removing her from the Sure Petcare app, the related device is not removed in Home Assistant. Restarting does not seem to change this

Still an issue...

I had an issue where pets were duplicated and an old feeder was not removed. Steps to remove the duplication and feeder was to remove the integration, restart HA and re-add the integration.
