Not all operation modes supported in `modbuslink:AtlanticDomesticHotWaterProductionMBLComponent` in Overkiz

The problem

1. Some operation modes are missed. Steatite Cube supports ECO+, Manual, Boost, Boost+ and Programatic modes. Integration displays only auto (whatever it means?) and Eco.
2. There are no unavailable state. Integration shows it is always available even if it is offline, all numbers are just frozen (the same) during unavailability. I'm sure device support it since Cozytouch app can show device is offline.
