Hey there @hunterjm, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (onvif) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

I have the same issue.
I have the same too
Same here with Reolink.

Same issue for me. The newest Imou cam lost motion alarm sensors. The oldest (2-3 years ago) motion alarm still present in HA with Onvif. I use it for automation and power on light when motion is detected. Thanks for help

Why nobody cares?
Hi, is problem solved in new version 2023.2.1?

The issue is still open
I think I've tracked the issue to originate from commit 4239923ea2e4dc8872b4eafc95127f68eb03b411. That is the only thing that has changed between 2022.11.5 and was merged in in 2022.12.0. @bdraco could you have a look into this, it appears @hunterjm is perhaps not able to. Do you think one of your changes could have caused this?
Hi
I'm currently look up issues with ONVIF cameras because I want to add NVR/cameras to my futur Home asistant setup. There is still since 2 months, this issue for all ONVIF cameras with reolink, hikvision ect ? For the moment only the video stream is working throught HA ? (settings like motion detection, enable / disable spotlight ect are currently broken ? ) for all hikvision cameras ? Thank you
Hi
Yes, this problem is actual for all cameras if ur using onvif. But some cameras has own native integrations, for example reolink, dahua. It still works.

Oh OK I misunderstood one point... This integration onvif is different of https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/hikvision/
I thought all integrations was using behind the scene ONVIF. But it's not the case in fact. In fact I saw this picture from this comment https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/83524#issuecomment-1399588862
I was wondering why @garry0garry doesn't use Reolink integration for the camera but it should have his own reasons.
Thanks for your answer
Reolink integration does not work without HTTP. The E1 Pro camera does not have HTTP.
New setup here, Camera stream works, binary sensors don't work... :(
