Looks like there was a temporary issue with nabu casa server, maybe try reloading the integration, seems to work fine on my HA instance (2022.11.1)

reinder83 avatar Nov 07 '22 15:11 reinder83

That's not the case for me... it has been broken for at least a couple days.

I think there might be an issue with re-authenticating when the token has expired, I tried removing my integration and adding it again, and that seems to work fine, so as a work around could you try to do that?

  • remove current integration
  • add geocaching integration again all the sensors should be restored as they were before

reinder83 avatar Nov 08 '22 08:11 reinder83

@reinder83 Unfortunately token is expiring quite often. It would be nice if it can renew its token, or has button for that. But maybe that is not possible (first case).

But i can imagine that if we provide name and password it can renew token by itself.

It should be possible to refresh the refresh_roken, but still it's strange because the initial token should be valid for a year, and the integration is not live that long yet

reinder83 avatar Dec 06 '22 07:12 reinder83

Well for Locus app i am renewing token like 4x per year... Not sure why this is happening.

This is known, for now re-add the geocaching integration should fix it
