Same issue here - except for AUTO mode, basically no climate control is working anymore in 2022.11.1 (power on/off, heating on/off, temperature setting). Both Smart Thermostat V3+ and Smart AC Control V3+ devices are affected.
Seems to work for me now, I don't know what changed...

Correction it's not working
It's broken again, just getting new states but not sending updates to tado, even in automation
I had the same problem but after I changed the setting to TADO_DEFAULT by the integration it's working.
Its about setup Mode, as Arjan postet. When you put schedules in tado to off, select TADO_DEFAULT fallback. Its working.
There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently.
