Xiaomi (LYWSDCGQ) stops reporting state with new Bluetooth integration

The problem

Hi,

I was using BLE Monitor (https://github.com/custom-components/ble_monitor) and after finding out they will phase out their integration for the new HA Bluetooth integration I thought I'd make the switch.

I deleted the BLE Monitor install which worked perfectly and setup the Bluetooth HA version. Everything worked for a few minutes and I didn't bother to check the state of my devices again. I went on holiday for 3 days and when I came back home the state had not changed for 3 days and only one of my 2 devices were showing as unavailable. I then restarted my server and both devices were showing as Unavailable. After a few resets I can get it working for a few minutes again but then it stops.

I am running the Bluetooth of my ASUS NUC. This never had a problem with BLE Monitor so I don't think that would be the issue. I even tried a Bluetooth dongle and that also works only for a few minutes then stops reporting the current state.

I don't have any other Bluetooth integrations installed

Hey there @bdraco, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (bluetooth) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks! (message by CodeOwnersMention)

Can you try this?
