Device unavailable - Mising in DHCP lease table

Open webjester0 opened this issue 6 months ago • 1 comments

The problem

Shelly devices are randomly disconnecting on my ASUS RT-AX3000 router. Rebooting the router works but this is way to cumbersome and too frequent. ChatGPT suggested to check the lease table and revive the devices by temporarily blacklisting the mac address and then removing the block. This works (without rebooting). With this, I noticed that none of the Shelly devices (new or old) show up in the DHCP lease table while all other IOT devices do. Why? Perhaps this is the reason that they disconnect?

Problems with WiFi connection quality are not related to Home Assistant or Shelly integration. I think you should ask Shelly support for help.
