Switchbot Lock Ultra - get stuck in locking/unlocking
The problem
When I lock or unlock the door the state get stuck in "locking/unlocking" until I reload the integration. I have a bluetooth proxy right next to it and it responds fast when I control it. Here is a screenshot (its german): The orange part seen here is the "unlocking" state.

Same here. Reloading the device does fix the issue.
I'm facing the same issues with my SwitchBot Lock (Version 1, not Pro, not Ultra). I've set up an automation that reloads the integration when the lock is in locking/ unlocking state for 15 seconds as a workaround.
It seems to be a Bluetooth issue for me. I switched the Bluetooth config to passive scanning and the Lock Pro is back to 100%. Lock Ultra still has same issue so I removed it and placed near adaptor (RPi 4) and it worked fine. Will look at a usb adaptor and place ot closer to devices. The Lock Ultra is furthest away and only -77/9 RSSI.

The beta version has been released. You can refer to https://github.com/home-assistant/core/releases/tag/2025.7.0b0 to update to the beta version, Let me know if you have any issue in this version
I installed my Lock Ultra today and had the same issue. Installed the beta and it seems to have resolved the issue.
Same in 2025.6.3 (will be unlocked for 25min - ongoing) - in the Switchbot APP it is unlocked since 1 hour Bluetooth-Signal show -76 dBm, is connected via "Shelly Plus Plug S gen2" with RSSI -51 Firmware v1.7

I got similar issue with my Pro 2025.6.3, When unlock it stuck on unlocking-unlocked . unlocking-unlock over and over every few minutes.
Hello everyone, unfortunately no improvement in 2025.7.0. random events are still triggered. Sometimes it is also displayed as blocked during the locking process, which is not true. I hope that there will be a fix soon so that I can use the automations again.
For me since the first 2025.7 beta the lock pro and ultra doesn't show any issues anymore with hanging states or state changes when nothing is changing.
I do see sometimes when its the lock is locking that it shows as jamming in HA. So instead of unlocked -> locking -> locked it shows unlocked -> jammed -> locked. But it happens very sporadicly, most of the time the states show correctly.
Ok were the features not integrated in the last release or will they be integrated in another release, currently I can't see any entries in the blog that refer to the Switchbot lock https://www.home-assistant.io/blog/2025/07/02/release-20257/
@Killtroy The fix is in all the 2025.7 beta's and the official 2025.7 release as far i'm aware. Not sure why you still having the issue. I was just reporting that for me all the major issues are currently resolved.
Hello everyone, after thorough testing and recalibration I can now confirm that there is definitely an improvement! As remcom has already written, a message appears from time to time that it is jammed, but the message occurs very rarely and is therefore negligible. Thanks to support for the fix! BR, Peter
