SwitchBot Lock Ultra not shown/available when adding to SwitchBot Bluetooth

The problem

New SwitchBot Lock Ultra not shown/available when adding to SwitchBot Bluetooth. Was able to add it to cloud. I can see it in the list for my Bluetooth adaptor but not able to pick it up when adding to SwitchBot Bluetooth integration. I already have a Door/Motion Sensor and Lock Pro on the SwitchBot Bluetooth integration. Have tried removing/re-adding. Have removed the Lock Pro to see if it only likes one but still no luck. It picked up the Lock Pro again straight away. Have re-entered login information for SwitchBot Bluetooth and did a Home Assistant restart (R. Pi 4B).

upgrade your os and you can see lock ultra

Ah, nice. I normally just wait for the version update to be pushed through to me. I have never done it manually. Ill google it. Thanks.

Hi, my installation is currently updated to 2025.6.1, but I still can't detect the lock ultra. I'm using a shelly device as Bluetooth remote adapter. I can see the lock MAC in the advertisement monitor, so it is within range.

Any idea?

UPDATE: ok, i think I've figured it out myself. Active scanning ≠ active connection. The shelly is only supporting the active scanning, and not active connections. I'll try with another bluetooth proxy.
