Use config location for Homelink in Teslemetry

Proposed change

Since location is now behind a seperate scope, and vehicle data can be polled or streamed, the integration can no longer assume it has the vehicles location. This PR uses the Home Assistant configured location for this instead.

(Homelink is used to open garage doors)

What would happen here if those do not match?

If the location is too far away from the garage door the command fails.
