Please describe exactly what the problem is. The current description says absolutely nothing.

Well, all sensors are added except the one for long term stats. Seems like the integration it self are installed correctly, but no sensors will update unless I open the ios app on my phone. Trying to turn on Live tracking, tracker buzzer and tracker led result in nothing.

Yes, launching the app syncs tracker data to the Tractive cloud and then the integration receives data from the Tractive API. Tracker data syncs even when the app is not launched.

What's the default update interval between integration and api? Followed this one closely for the last few days now, and it seems like it's no regular updates, just once every six hours or so when not using app at all. Is that normal behavior?

There is no update interval. When Tractive API sends new data, it will be available in HA.

You can easily check how often new data reaches HA by observing calories burned sensor.
