Music Assistant & Pioneer AV RSX 930 Volume Issue
The problem
I recently integrated my Pioneer AV - VSX 930 receiver using the Pioneer integration. This receiver is AirPlay compatible and so also Music Assistant compatible. Did this to have access to the sources of the receiver which you cannot into Music Assistant. When i select music to play into Music Assistant using the Pioneer AV-VSX 930 AirPlay stream the volume of the music increases by itself without touching anything.
When i delete the Pioneer integration the issue disappears and volume control into MA becomes normal again.

This is not a HA Integration issue and therefore should not be raised here. Having said that there is a new option in the beta for the AirPlay provider to ignore volume commands from the device. You should try that.
Ok… Will try to do so tommorow… Keep you informed… Thanks for the reply…

Mister OzGav.
As promised… I putted the volume control into MA to « Non ». And yes indeed the problem of volume that increases by itself disappeared… I’f created two HA cards to control the amplifier. Now its working just fine with the two integrations. You were a great help to me. Manny thanks for that… Have a great evening.
