Wrong toothbrush model (IO series 5)

The problem

Hello, my new toothbrush is recognized as "Smart Series 7000", but it is a IO series 5.

I'm experiencing the same thing - wrong model detected. Same as the OP, I have an IO series 5, but it's being detected as Smart Series 7000

There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently.
