Multiuser for Spotify no longer seems to work.

The problem

In the current version, it is no longer possible to create a second Spotify account. In my case, the second account was displayed incorrectly. Even a reconfiguration did not resolve the error. I checked the settings in the Spotify Developer area of the first account. The second account is stored there.
