The water level value may not be current in IMGM-PIB
The problem
Similar to #118964 but for water level Good example is station Oława (both stations 150170040 and 150170030) shows some historical value vs current. API call should be probably changed to https://hydro-back.imgw.pl/station/hydro/status?id={station_id} for actual data (also it looks more stable during heavy traffic on IMGW pages like currently).

Additionally, please attach diagnostics file and debug log for IMGW-PIB integration.

My config don't play a role here as this is based on data source.
