Add Simplisafe support for disarming using a key code via HA UI

Proposed change

Adds back support for utilising the HA keypad for disarming the simplisafe alarm. Code was lost in https://github.com/home-assistant/core/pull/118759, this adds back some of this code to add the functionality back.
