Unable to Reconnect Smartthings Using Android Device after Restoring a Full Home Assistant Backup
The problem
In the past when I had to restore a full back up I would go into the Smartthings mobile app-->Routines-->SmartApps and re-authorize the connection. However I get a popup message saying "No network connection. Couldn't find any available networks."
I have made sure that I am doing this on my LAN and that my phone is not connected to VPN.
I am unaware of any other way to authorize the connection.

I just tried from my mom's iphone and it worked. Please mark as closed.
I had a similar issue, this didn't work on smartthings android, but worked on smartthings ios.
Same issue here, started a few days ago.
Same here, started yesterday
Same issue here with my Android app not working, tried the iPhone and worked right away.
So this is likely a Smartthings Android app issue and not integration issue?
This issue has struck me more than once and is extremely frustrating, and I shouldn't have to track down an iOS device to test the documented solution. It would be nice to see this fixed for Android users.
EDIT: I was able to resolve this by logging into my.smarthings.com, clicking on Automations, then Home Assistant and following the prompts.
This is the major problem with backups in Home Assistant—no Image backup capability is provided. I would like to see an image and a migration backup capability. There needs to be a startup question about whether a restore should be done. It is just human nature to publish a bad update, and the operator of HA needs to be able to do a complete restore, not a reinstall with files.
for me always errors with: ERROR: Something went wrong. Please try to install the SmartApp again. didn't had the chance on IOS, and I see the phone is trying to connect to HA on the reverse proxy, so hopefully someone could understand better the issue
There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. Due to the high number of incoming GitHub notifications, we have to clean some of the old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates. Please make sure to update to the latest Home Assistant version and check if that solves the issue.
