Open mannebk79 opened this issue 1 year ago • 4 comments

The problem

I have 6 Shelly 3EM (not pro). all integrated through the shelly integration, working flawlesly, no MQTT, no Cloud, no nothing, secured web-interface, static IP.

I recently upgraded 4 of the 6 to firmware 1.14.0 and now those 4 are gone in HA. I deleted them, try to re add em, no dice. It says conection problem. If I use wrong credentials, it reports wrong credentials.

I just removed and added Shelly 3EM without an problem.

Please enable Debug for Shelly integration, try to add a device, disable debug and attach the log.

Note: it is better to drag the log into the comment (which will add it as an attachment) and not copy paste as it is hard to read logs in GitHub.

Thanks

Your Unifi network integration generates errors at such high rate that everything will fail. I don't see anything wrong with the Shelly integration.

Please disable the Unifi network integration, restart HA and than try to add the Shelly 3EM again, if it fails attach the log again. You might also better create an issue for the Unifi network integration since your log is collecting errors at so much rate (as you mentioned) that overloads your Home assistant.
