Nice IT4Wifi stopped state

The problem

Nice IT4Wifi maps as a cover. The reported states are 0: open, 1: closed, 2: opening, 3: closing and 4. 4 currently maps to open, but is reported when the device is either in a stopped state, or for gates, in a predefined partially opened state. Could this please be mapped to stopped? I think this did work in the past, but can't remember when the mappings changed. I can't find an historical issue.
