Send entity name or original name to LCN frontend

Proposed change

The LCN frontend panel shows the original_name of configured entities. If an entitie's name has been changed by the user, it is desired that the changed name is shown instead of the original_name.

With this PR, the new name is determined from the entitiy configuration and sent to the frontend panel if it exists.
